SPLAM! Successful Property Letting And Management
Successful Property Letting And Management is written by someone who spent almost twelve years as a property manager. In that time he presided over 1,000's of successful property transactions, lets, sales, and refurbishments. (And a few unsuccessful ones too, for any agent who says they never had a problem has their pants on fire!)

It is based on knowledge gained within the property business in Great Britain, but contains many valuable hints and tips when dealing with property matters anywhere. A bad tenant is a bad tenant regardless of whether they are based in Wolverhampton, Winnipeg, Wichita, Wellington or Wagga Wagga.

The book is written in an easy to read style, please see the sample chapter below, and runs to over 240 pages. If you are thinking of starting your own property business, but perhaps do not have sufficient capital to buy any property in the first place, then SPLAM! is the ideal book for you.

It will show you how you can get started in the property business, perhaps by trading from home to begin with, utilising very little start-up capital, and it wll take you right through from setting up your office, acquiring properties, dealing with landlords and tenants and much much more.

Publisher's comments:
There are hundreds of books out there about property, but very few as readable as SPLAM! If you are looking for an easy read while at the same time seeking to absorb property knowledge and expertise, then SPLAM! is certainly for you.

If you are thinking of buying a property franchise or group package that could easily cost you up to 30,000, then don't, not until you have bought SPLAM! Because it contains a great deal of the same material.

Author comments:
I really enjoyed writing SPLAM! So much so that I am already working on SPLAM2! The Sequel. I only wish it had been available when I started my property business in 1991 because I know that it would have saved me a bundle of cash, and more importantly, worries, and if you are starting your own property business from scratch with little capital it could save you money too.
