    Sport Riding Techniques

Great book. I've been riding for over 40 years and consider myself a fair rider, but this book taught me a few things that will give me quicker lap times on the track and keep me safe on the street.

    I Also Recommend:

Great tool for those who are looking to sharpen their skills or those just learning to ride

It's a great book for beginners and novices alike. Focuses on street riding with some tips for the track, but if you're looking for a race manual you'd do better to read Keith Code. There is plenty to learn here and he does a great job of making it accessible and easy to understand. Very, very readable which is one of the things that impressed me most about this book. Also great graphics and photos to go along with the text.

Overall I'd recommend this book to anyone who wants to improve their skills as a rider. A ton of useful tips and information, plus it reminds you to focus on some of the things you may neglect to fine tune on your own.

Excellent Read written by a Good Rider and Writer

I highly recommend reading this book. Whether you ride a Sport Bike or a Cruiser. It is full of super advice, common sense approaches, and skill refinement with just enough technical insight to make you think and focus about the important tasks at hand. Riding is fun, but riding without skill and discipline will take the fun out of riding in a hurry. This book should be read by all motorcyclist and referred back to as needed. I commuted to work this summer on my newly acquired Sport Bike and by reading a chapter a night, sleeping on it, and putting it to practical use the next day, I improved my skill level exponentially.
