This book is truly a life changer. Anyone will benefit from the information in this book. The author has provided a wealth of knowledge on Sprouting. I, having no experience Sprouting, now have healthy green sprouts growing in my kitchen. Not only are Sprouts healthy, they are delicious. This book includes information from the first rinse to harvest. The author includes various methods of sprouting and the best seeds for each method. Helpful nutritional information is discussed. He has truly shared his gift of sprouting knowledge in this book. I have several Sprouting books, but this is the one I reference the most. If you are interested in Sprouting, consider buying this book.
