Squeezing Your Size 14 Self in to a Size 6 World is a great read and I highly recommend this book to anyone of any age. Carrie Myers Smith is a natural when writing. Her sense of humor and ability to break myths that we have put on ourselves is very refreshing. Myers Smith has a lot of great information that is easy to read as she coaches you along. This book should/could be required reading for ALL women throughout the lifespan! The author, in a clever but straightforward manner, de-myths the impossible images and roles women feel compelled to fulfill.
