Set in the '50s, Stand by Me was a touching coming-of-age movie about a group of pre-teen boys. Appropriately, the soundtrack is crammed with early rock & roll hits. The movie may have been nostalgic, but the music on the soundtrack still sounds alive, decades after it was originally recorded.

The Stand By Me soundtrack is the best! I love Ben E. King's "Stand By Me." It's perfect for the movie and I also love the song "Lollipop". This is the perfect soundtrack if you love old rock and roll hits. I ;ove 50's music and this soundtrack is all about 50's music! The movie was great, and the soundtrack almost beats the movie!
