Overview

Fannie Hurst (1889-1968) was an American novelist. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio, the only surviving child of a well-to-do Jewish family. She spent the first twenty years of her life in St. Louis, Missouri, where she attended Washington University in St. Louis and graduated in 1909. Fannie Hurst (1889-1968) was an American novelist. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio, the only surviving child of a well-to-do Jewish family. She spent the first twenty years of her life in St. Louis, Missouri, where she attended Washington University in St. Louis and graduated in 1909. In 1921, she was among the first to join the Lucy Stone League, an organization that fought for women to preserve their maiden names. She was active in the Urban League, and was appointed to the National Advisory Committee to the Works Progress Administration in 1940. She was also a delegate to the World Health Organization in 1952. Hurst is now best known for the screen adaptations of her works, such as the 1934 film Imitation of Life. Although her books are not well remembered today, during her lifetime some of her more famous novels were Star-Dust (1919), Lummox (1923), A President is Born (1927), Back Street (1931) and Imitation of Life (1933).

    Hello?" A silver shecat pads in. Her recently battered body is restored and flecks of stars shine in her fur. Silverpelt is a little frightened but stays calm. "I was in a PowerClan battle." She sighed. "Am I welcome here?"

    He finushed chewing the end of his stick into a point. He stuck it in the ground, point up, under tge tree. He climed bac up into the tree and looked down at the tip of the stake. He jumped rite on it. He disappeared forever.

    Dapplepaw, Nightpaw, Blackpaw, and Flamepaw and others

    They each pad up to swiftstar i give you a lif of peace dapplepaw says to swiftstar and gies to nuzzle tigerstar. Hey mom. Nightpaw (another one) ds up to swiftfoot. I give you a ife of sacrifice. He then looks at spottedcoat i missed you he said to his brother. Blackpaw comes up. I give you a life to give to another. My mother gave me a life after i saved a kit and died. She glances at tigerstar greatfully. Flamepaw bounds up to swiftstar. I give you a life to keep the energy of a kit inside you. It doesnt hurt to play. Dawnkit pads up i give you a life of strength. Lunaleaf pads up. I give you a life to train your cl well. Good luck swiftstar.
