I got hooked when I downloaded the first book. It was free, so I thought I'd give it a try. I'm in a fantasy phase right now and it looked like it would be interesting. The storyline is not like anything I've read before, so I love the originality. The characters are very well developed and I like that they continue to develop throughout the series. I will definitely be keeping an eye on this author's work. I personally think he has a very bright future. The series will appeal to anyone who likes fantasy stories, no matter what age. I am 56 and am thoroughly enjoying them, but I think they will appeal to pre-teens, teens, and young adults as well.

Easy read. Loved the characters and the entire 7 book saga. I am hard pressed to find anything else like this for the price of the ebooks. Couldn't stop reading after each book as I just had to know what happened next! If You like fantasy, the kind that takes you away from this world and into another and engrosses you in every facet of it, this is the series for you !

I love this series! I keep coming to my mom telling her to get the next book and she's just like, Again? I do wish that the books would stop going he-he-he. It gets really confusing because like all of the characters are boys. And I also wish Dave wasn't evil. Essential to the plot, I guess. I am going to be really bummed when the series ends. I just love the Miko character. Now I'm staying up late at night saying Just one more chapter… just one more chapter…

I am not one to read about magic or mythical things. I will say after the first book which was free I bought into it hook line and sinker. The characters personalities are most amusing especially Miko and his always complaining and things that we here in this realm take for granted like toilets and running water and vehicles. These people have no clue. This series is action packed and never a dull moment. A great read for most ages no cursing almost exception is Damn. There really isn't any romance, but the gory parts for a reader of some age groups can be disgusted. But overall an addicting series. I am on the 4th book of 7 in the Morcyth series I have completed each of these books in about a day or two of reading.

The authors writing style is different but the story line is original and entertaining. I would recommend the books to anyone who likes fantasy or rpg.

All these complaints about writing style.... the story is worth reading, get past the writing mistakes and enjoy the story. Its really got a good foundation and has opened my mind up to a new genre if books.

I've loved the story so far but many of the grammar errors could've been avoided with word.
