    Watch 'Equinox', Don't Read It

After having read Star Trek Voyager: 'Equinox', I can safely say that this book did not live up to the hype. There were added scenes in the novel that didn't appear in the episode, but I think that the characters and their motivations were better played out on the small screen. Captain Ransom was portrayed as an insane old man who was willing to sacrifice his life for his crew. (Why?) And Janeway remained unsure of her actions throughout the entire novel, and worried about their reprocussions. The only character who made any sense was Chakotay, and he was uncharacteristically defensive of Ransom; a man he doesn't even know.

    Awesome

This book was so cool It's also cool when you get to read what the character is thinking instead of reading lines on the TV show . LOVED IT

    Fabulous!

I think this is one of the BEST Star Trek books written, and one hint that makes it 'actionous', Captain Janeway alost looses her life in this book, and they Voyager thought it was the only Starfleet Ship in the Delta Quadrant, but it meeta up with the Equinox and they he scars to sow how they have been struggeling for survial, but all turns bad and they ingage in battle, ship against ship, captain against captain. This a gret book for Star Trek lovers, or people just now getting in to Star Trek.I would go more in detail since I love this book, but I don't want to ruin it for you guys.:-)
