    Gets the kids into reading!!

My son likes to read but he also likes movies and video games (which we allow but very limited). This series is great because it ties in knowledge from the movies. He is in the second grade and can read this just fine. As a second grader he has to read chapter books and he loves these. He is on his second book. When he really gets into the books he will read one in a day. It is great because there are strange names of people and places which he needs to sound out so this strengthens his skills. All in all 5 stars :)

    Awsome Book!!!!

If you are a person that loves to read exciting, adventurous books, and are an avid Star Wars fan, then this is the 100% right choice for you! The title of the book is Star Wars Boba Fett Crossfire. The novel is by Terry Bisson. The book was published in 2002, and has 133 pages.

This book explains how Boba Fett lives after his father (Jango Fett) is killed by a Jedi named Mace Windu. It's been a month since Boba's father has been killed. The evil Count Dooku is watching over him. The two of them and the rest of the droid army travel to a planet named Raxus Prime. Boba decides that he should try to escape and travel on his own. Instead, he is found by a heroic Jedi in the midst of a battle between the droid army and the republic clone troopers. The Jedi named Glenn-Beti brings Boba Fett on to a republic star ship to travel to the gas planet of Bespin. In the orphanage on the ship, Boba meets a creature named Garr. Boba decides to keep his identity a secret and goes by the name Teff. During the flight, Teff and Garr become best friends. They travel throughout the ship together, play games, and even sneak outside the ship while it's in space. When they arrive at Bespin, a bounty hunter gives Boba the option of coming with her. But, Garr gives the same option to Boba. Which will he choose? Read the book and find out!

Personally, I think this is a fantastic book. The author is extremely descriptive and doesn't use the same words over and over. Another reason why I like the book is because it continues from where Star Wars Attack of the Clones left off. This is only the second book in the series. I didn't get a chance to read the first book, but after reading this book I will definitely read it and I will also read the rest of the series. I highly recommend this book to anyone that likes Star Wars. Even if you don't like Star Wars or have never watched the movies, you can still catch on very easily. I also recommend this book to younger kids because there are very easy words to read and it can be good practice for them. Over all, I give this book 5/5 stars! And. the best part yet is that the book only costs $6.99 in the United States of America. And if you don't have enough money to buy it, you can always check it out in the library for free. I hope that you will consider picking up this book the next time you are in a book store. Trust me, even if you only read the back cover, you'll be hooked!

    Best in series!

My 8-year old son, Colin, said that book #2 in the six-part series was his favorite! He said young Boba Fett makes a friend & that this book focuses on the joys of that friendship.
