    This book was awesome

I really liked this Jedi Quest book, it was probably my favorite. I had seen AOTC and wondered about the Gundark fight. I also enjoyed reading about Anakin and Obi-Wan, they seemed like such a great team in the beginning of ROTS, and it was cool to see how they got there. I also liked the part where we meet Jenna Zan Arbor. There are a lot of great Jedi Quest books, but this one was nothing short of excellent.

    Excellent

This an interesting book because of the ways it ties all the movie and series she wrote together

    Still a great book

I love the Jedi Quest series! This book introduces the Zone of Self-Containment which is mind control created by the evil scientist Jenna Zan Arbor. I have to admit this isn't the best book in the series but I still like it.

The Gundark Fight and Jenna Zan Arbor

The Moment of Truth, that really has nothing to do with this book. I think that this book wasn't very interesting. It had a weak story line and not an exciting mission for the Jedi team. I knew the gundark fight would be thrown in somewhere in this series. All that did was explain what Obi-Wan and Anakin were talking about in AOTC. There might have been one thing I liked about this book: The End. Jenna Zan Arbor was a cool character in the Jedi Apprentice series. I hope she is just as cool in Obi-Wan and Anakin's adventures. All this book really did is clear something up for those who wanted to know about the Gundark fight and it also leads into the next book making you hope that the next one is great. It better be.

    Disappointing, horribly disappointing

I was disappointed by this book, especially considering how much I enjoyed the Shadow Trap and Trail of the Jedi and the Jedi Apprentice series. There is a rapidly growing rift between Anakin and Obi-Wan. Anakin still feels guilty over the death of Jedi Council member and Jedi Master Yaddle and he doesn¿t think Obi-Wan can help him overcome his guilt. And Obi-Wan feels like he is falling short of everyone¿s expectations. But they must settle this for their mission to the planet of Typha-Dor, the last planet in the Uziel system free from invasions by the system¿s largest planet called Vanqor. Obi-Wan and Anakin are going to Typha-Dor to rescue a group in a remote outpost who are being targeted by the Vanqors. They locate the outpost and crew only to be stranded in the outpost until their transporting starship can be repaired. When the transport is fixed and they lift off, Anakin and Obi-Wan begin to suspect a spy. But too late. The spy escapes and the ship is damaged so that it must land on Vanqor. Anakin and the crew are captured and Obi-Wan must save them. But when captured Anakin was given a drug that robbed him of emotions and the ability to use the Force. It took away the pressures of Anakin being the prophesized Chosen One, and afterwards Anakin wishes to return to having no pressures but Obi-Wan tells him that he can¿t. Anakin accepts this in the end.
