Probably best for hard-core Star Wars fans...

The fundamental purpose of this short story is to add substance to the origins of the Sith culture in the Star Wars expanded universe. To fully understand the plot and characters, one should first read the Dark Horse Comics graphic novels regarding the origins of the Sith. While I enjoyed the story as a Star Wars fan, it came across as a bit abrupt and disjointed. Without having a grasp of the backstory I can understand why some readers may not have been satisfied with the novella on its own. However, I praise the work for adding new insight into the evolution of the Sith and recommend it to fans of the franchise.

    Amazing

Star Wars is the best. I read the Fate of the Jedi series and wanted to hear the story of those Sith. These books answer the question.

Not the same as book 2

It's actually a bug in the reader, at lest it is on my BlackBerry 8310. If you download book 1 and 2 at the same time, you'll see only one entry in "all books" and it will be messed up. Delete it, download one book at a time, delete between downloads.

Shouldn't really be called a book, more like short stories or couple of chapters from a larger book.

    Other than that, pretty good.

Hard at first but ended strong

I loved the series. Once i got caught up in the story i wanted to read to the end and i have never read any Star Wars stories before. Not very technical, but a good series to get lost in.

    Short and Entertaining

Four short chapters of Star Wars science fiction is all this title contains. It is compelling enough to make you want more though. Thankfully, there is more. This will either be enough to hook you into the story or drive you away. It is free... give it a try!
