Editorial Reviews

Children's Literature - Kathie M. Josephs
Who would have thought that Star Wars' popularity would remain as long as it has. The graphics are excellent and have a 3D look to them. Luke Skywalker has uncovered the horrific plan of Count Dooke, which is to destroy the planet Kiros. After the troops were successful in winning back the leadership of the capital, the Jedi learn that bombs have been hidden everywhere and will be set off unless they surrender. A dual happens to postpone this event and thankfully it works. Even though the Jedi have won, it comes to their attention that the entire population of Kiros have vanished. There is intense violence in this graphic novel. Slaves play a big part in this story and the Queen has plans to sell them off in an auction just "like the good old days." Reviewer: Kathie M.
