    Disappointing

I am a big fan of Stargate SG-1 and Atlantis and have been following the novels for quite some time. Some of them are spectacular (Barque of Heaven) and others are not bad and some are just plain dismal. This one falls in the weak category.

Many apologies to the author but I have read previous Stargate novels written by him and this was not his best pen work. I was quite disappointed when I read it and as a result, a bit hesitant to purchase any more books by him.

He had trouble capturing the true spirit and personality of the characters and I really did not like overall story.

I highly recommend the novel Stargate SG-1: Barque of Heaven, it's the best one in the Stargate series.
