I've read this book twice now, and will likely read it again. For me it read like a good old fashioned SG1/SGA adventure, with lots of intrigue, surprises, humor. In my opinion, this would have made an excellent two-part episode for both shows, as well as a mini movie.

As mentioned, this would have made a great two part cross over between SG1 and the Atlantis team. Takes place right after season 8 of SG1 and integrates well with the ongoing story.
