Highly recommend - Great starting point!

Sometimes art books with activities are dry and not very enjoyable to read, you are just going from one set of directions to another, but this group of artists present a sense of humor and Conlin does a great job of editing it all together. Started reading it and only became more excited to begin the process and try new materials and techniques introduced and it is already making an impact in my regular paintings as well.
