    i am a professional proposal and grant writer. I work on a contract basis writing and managing proposals and grants for my clients.

    This is a excellent book for everyone who needs to know more about the business of grant writing. Well organized and concise, this book covers the subject matter thoroughly.

    I recommend you buy this book. It is on my shelf and should be on yours.

    What an excellent resource. If you are looking for grants, this is the book to get. I was able to get several grants within a short period of buying this book. Wonderful resource for grantseekers and those thinking about a career as grant writers.

    If you are looking for grants or are interested in writing grant applications for a career, this is ideal. What a useful resource compiled so well. Preethi Burkholder shares so much information in this book. She tells how to write the need statement, the goals and objectives, the methodology, and more. She also gives tips on what to avoid in grant seeking. Those looking to get a career in grant writing, Preethi Burkholder tells how to present grant writing workshops, how to prepare applications, and the art of creating nonprofit clients.
    For individuals who are in need of funds, this is an excellent book. Very easy to understand and not boring to read at all. I loved this book. For any person looking for grants, this is probably the only book that you will need. Preethi Burkholder has done a wonderful job. Very authoritative person on the subject indeed and certainly knows what she is talking about. If you have the opportunity to visit the author's website, do so. Called GiftedHandsWriting, it provides free information on grantseeking.
    If you are a parent looking for money for your child thinking about college, this book gives resources that award grants for college bound students and those who are already in college. There are listings of funders. This saves you time of consulting different directories that give contact information of funders.
    Excellent book. Totally worth buying.
