Overview

Sheaill is a personal slave, just like Tammall. She was purchased for a teenage boy and given to him as a birthday gift. This act leaves a bitter taste in her mouth and is seen as a blatant demonstration of the fact that she is a slave solely because she was born a Zoadiun.

This bitterness eats away at her, but she hides this from her owners. While she hates being a slave just because she's a Zoadiun, Sheaill is smart enough to realize that putting it on display will only get her into trouble.

Sheaill's life takes several twists, including having Allsa and Tammall enter. With Tammall being happy with her life, what will Sheaill do? Will she learn to accept her life or keep resisting and hold onto her resentment like a warm blanket?

This is the fourth book in the series involving the Zoadiuns and their Comp-Terx Masters. Unlike most series, book four does not pick up where book three left off. Sheaill has her own life story to tell, that does mix in with the first three, Ruling Body, No Rest For The Angel and A Reluctant Prince.

Meet the Author

I've always been a rather private person, still am in fact. Publishing a book wasn't easy for me, as it meant showcasing myself to anyone who picked up my work. It took me a long time to muster the courage to finally do it. I've always believed that an author's work is a window into their mind, knowing this and being rather self-conscience, I've always been a tad afraid to let anyone have a peek into mine.

Ruling Body has been something I've been working on for a number of years, trying to perfect it and of course, enjoy it. These characters are dear to me, and at the end of it all, seven books in total, I hope others will enjoy the stories, the characters, and their situations.

Once these stories are finished, I plan to settle into another science fiction series I started a number of years ago. We shall see what the future brings.

I believe this is my favorite book in the series. Prepare to laugh and cry as a spectator in a world that mirrors our own in so many ways, but in a baser way. It is what it is!

This author has a real talent for always leaving me wanting more.

All kinds of errors in the text: omissions of words; poor grammar and syntax; and weak semantics all of which distract from the interesting, but repetitive storyline

OK if you're into owning someone as a personal slave
