I have found the flash cards to really be informative with children, you might also be surprised how many adults tend to forget capitals as well. What's great is the fact the front of the card with the state name also shows you its location so you are able to actually throw out the region when helping someone study. Unfortunately, the countries don't show the region or mention it.
