Meet the Author

A retired university professor, Arnold Benjamin Cheyney now spends his time writing books for teachers. He has published 36 books, and is still working on new ideas. As a professor, Arnold was twice honored with the Outstanding Teacher Award.

After many years of teaching, Jeanne S. Cheyney now writes and illustrates full-time. She has written several educational books for elementary grades, as well as historical and young adult novels. Her novel Conviction of Charlotte Grey was selected as the Book of the Month in Guideposts magazine.
