Mr. Sickels has THE best minor league scouting publication on the market each year--hands down. Especially impressive is his past record of identifying/predicting breakout players the following season. I traveled around the country last year scouting minor league players, and Mr. Sickels' book was always on my pre-trip list of 'things to pack for the trip.' I used the 2000 book so much, I had to get a new one last August because I had worn the cover off of the old one. A great buy.
