Document 550-XIV, valid, current edition — Edition dated 04/02/2022, basis - 2153-IX. This Statute defines the organization and procedure for the performance of garrison and guard services, the rights and duties of garrison officials and military personnel who are engaged to perform these services. The charter is mandatory for all military units, headquarters, organizations, institutions and military educational institutions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This Statute applies to military personnel of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine, the National Guard of Ukraine, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, the State Special Transport Service, the State Security Service of Ukraine, and others established in accordance with laws of Ukraine's military formations, special purpose bodies with law enforcement functions.
