I am tired of the usual romance format and have just about given up reading the romance genre.
"Stay" is not the usual romance format. You'll fall in love with the characters and the setting. This is a well-written love story, not just a romance. It reminded me of LaVyrle Spencer's love stories.
Nothing about it comes off as contrived or "format." There was something about the pacing that moved me - it was relaxing but compelling and I didn't want to put it down.
I'm glad Moriah Jovan is writing a series of books with these characters because I fall in love with all of them and look forward to getting to know them better. If you want to fall in love with people and places and falling in love, this book is a must read.
