This insightful book helped me discover how to reach my daughter at a time when she needed guidance. I plan to use it as a reference and reread it often.

I have 3 teens so I'm always looking for tips on how to stay "in touch" with them. ParentsDigest offers the summary of this book, which I read, and now own the book - it's been an invaluable resource for those days when all I see is moody unpredictable teens. Now, thanks to this book, I remind myself that they're intelligent creative little PEOPLE as well!

This book takes parents by the hand, gingerly walking them through the minefield that is adolescence. It provides specific suggestions, sample language to use with teens and helpful tips to stay connected with them. It helped me reconnect and stay connected to both my daughter and son - I highly recommend it.
