    Practical Results That Work!

    Step Up! lays out creative yet practical ways to approach selling that yield actual results. Daniel's high energy approach comes through the pages of this text. After reading this book I was inspired to immediately start using the steps to grow my business. The book works for all types of sales and is a must read for any individual looking to win at work and in life. I especially enjoyed the CD of this book! (Buy it if you can get it) Not only are the keen thoughts of Mr. Grissom reinforced, but the reader gets the great opportunity to hear these thought provoking concepts and practices live. Daniel is an all star presenter whose message moves you to take action. If you're looking to learn the best from the best - this is the sales guide to own.

    Well Worth Reading

    After 30 years in marketing and sales, I have become jaded when reviewing motivational, you can do it, rah-rah manuals. Reading, much less understanding, one more oh so clever acronym contrived by a writer to neatly sum up the secrets of his worldly experience and grand success in one field or another has become achingly tedious. Upon approaching Mr. Grissom's 'STEP UP,' I must admit I was in full, cynical dudgeon. He, however, quickly won me over with his organized presentation and his persuasive style. More than a clever acronym or a six-step program to ensure personal success, 'STEP UP' is a nexus of procedures and disciplines well worth absorbing. As a former military officer, I particularly related to his thoughts on lumberjacks and preparation and its corollary '.. .slowing down to prepare in order to speed up results.' And perhaps most beneficially, Mr. Grissom's advice concerning the 'theater of the mind' is spot on. Everyone should know about it and practice it. It will make a positive and rewarding difference in your performance.
