The story of the Fejtek's quest and success in climbing the tallest peaks on every continent is worthy of a book all by itself, but the tie-in to business success makes this an even better read. It really feels like you are on the mountain with them and you can easily pick up this book and become so engrossed in the story that you only put it down when you reach the final page. I generally don't read business advice books because I think so many of them are so hokey, but this book breaks the mold. I liked it so much I ordered a couple of more for colleagues.

Steps to the Summit is an inspiring tale of journeys that lead to success in ones life on multiple levels. I have applied several of the steps in business, relationships, and even my own outdoor adventures. There is almost a universal and simplistic truth in each step, and I am amazed with how quickly I experience the benefits from incorporating the wisdom from Steps to the Summit.

What an amazing adventure. When someone "challenged" like Paul can actually use a coat hook to help him scale the highest peaks in the world, the rest of us have absolutely no excuse for not pursuing our fitness and financial dreams. Steps to the Summit not only inspires you to achieve greatness, it gives you a road map to get there. Bob Babbitt

I usually find books pertaining to business/self help to be dry and get bored quickly. However, Steps to the Summit is a perfect combination of adventure, romance and life lessons, making it an enjoyable read.
In each chapter, Paul Fejtek describes a new journey of climbing a new summit and the challenges he and his wife, Denise Fejtek, overcame to reach their goal. These lessons are then translated into business applicability at the end of the chapter.
This is a great buy if you're a fan of great stories, meaningful lessons and breathtaking photos!

to climb the seven summits is surely one of the greatest adventures - and to follow Paul and Denise around the world is lots of fun and most of all a great inspiration to pick yourself up and reach for your own dreams. Paul shares so many great ideas on just how to do that. Thanks Paul.

This is a splendid Holiday book to give the young entreprenuer who can learn how to climb the steps to success. But it is also a brilliant adventure story. And most of all, a story about how to conquer the shortcomings life might hand you. A beautiful book
