All Music Guide - Campbell
Still Restless is the first album of all new studio material in 14 years by Restless Heart. Little has changed since their self-titled debut album was released in 1985; their perfect harmonies and smooth country-rock arrangements remain intact. Basically, Restless Heart picked up where they left off in the mid-'90s, sticking with their strong points instead of radically changing their musical direction. Highlights include the mandolin-dominated "Feel My Way to You," the soft rock, melancholic ballad "Miracle," and a cover of the Beatles' "The Night Before," which sounds more like mid-'70s America than the Fab Four.

    Fantastic Comeback Album

The full band, all five members, are back together and sounding as great as ever. Their harmonies are unbeatable. The songs range from your traditional country sounding songs such as 'Down the Road' and 'Every Fire' to the more upbeat songs such as 'Makin' Hay', 'Same Boat Now' (a great feel good Patriotic tune) and 'Yesterday's News'. The remake of the Beatles tune 'The Night Before' is phenomenal and they pull it off very well, even sounding considerably like the Fab Five. 'Looking Back' and 'Feel My Way to You' could defintely be crossover Pop hits. Larry Stewart's vocals shine on 'What We Know Now' and 'And More'. You will be very pleased with this album. The great Restless Heart is back and better than ever!!
