Stitch Counter

Crochet or knit? Count your rows and stitches with stitch counter. Stitch counter supports multi-projects and separate row counter / stitch counter. No more need to keep track on paper or with the awkward plastic counters. Create a project and Stitch Counter will auto save your progress. Stitch Counter offers two styles for counting stitches. The simple layout is perfect for your row counting and allows you to set repeats for patterns. The advanced layout allows for both a Stitch and Row counter. It supports a option to count by a multiplier (Example. Counts up by 5). Customize Stitch Counter with your own backgrounds to give it that personal touch.

    I'm changing my review...

    Although I already wrote a review for this app, I feel I must amend it. This app really IS worth a buck! The more I work with it, the more I like it. I like being able to load many different projects, because I am working on a couple of them now to prevent boredom. I just found another wonderful bonus: I can use the alarm timer for reading as well! Now that I think of the possibilities...I'm looking forward to future updates, but this app as it stands is one of the best that I have. Highly recommend.

    I love it. You can have several projects going and entered at one time, no notes to loose. I enter the main name and then if your project has several parts you can enter those also.

    Nice stitch counter but...the font is a bit too tiny to read com

    Nice stitch counter but...the font is a bit too tiny to read comfortably and the alarm needs to chime a couple of times, not just once. There seems to be alot of dead space on the homescreen so maybe a quick note section could be implemented. Maybe on the upgrades a quick note section could be added to the screen for any notes that way a pen & paper doesn't have to be found.

    Background won't set. But otherwise good program.

    I like this simple program. However, it won't let me set a background. It directs me to gallery or office pro. I select gallery and as soon as I select a picture it jumps completely out of the stitch counter program. I've tried several times.
    Please post a solution to this. Your help is appreciated.

    Excellent & easy

    It's well worth the buck. Simple, clear & no needing to put down the knitting to scribble or flip pages. If I may make so bold as to suggest on the row repeats adding a section where you can actually put in the pattern repeat, ie being qlable to type in Row 1: "K2, YO *K2tog, K3, YO, SKPO, YO" then hit a button, either 'end ptn repeat' 'return to main menu' and/or 'next row'. Then you'd only have to look between the app & the project, instead of app, pattern, project.

    Other than that, a neatly made & clean design, thanks!

    Worth the cost

    Can track multi projects at one time. Stays active so easy to update as you progress. Best of all i dont seem to lose it.

    Very Nice Counter!

    It would be even better with the availability to decrease the count. I sometimes hit the counter 1 to many times.
