She is member of the Sigma Theta Tau Honorary Nursing Society, a Diplomat of the American Association of Anger Management Providers, a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. Kathy is a Certified Anger Management Facilitator, Certified Online Instructor, and Certified Parenting Instructor. Kathy developed and designed AngerManagementOnline.com, an online interactive anger management program and is an active director and facilitator of the program. Kathy works with individuals and groups coaching and teaching anger management skills. She also works with individuals and couples in psychotherapy.

    If you have anger issues you need to read this book now.

    I have learned so much on how to keep myself under controll from this book. I am letting my children 16 and 13 years old read it now. The information in this book is such an eye opener. I never knew that I was doing some of the things that I was untill i started focusing on them. This book is going to help me be a better and happier me. i plan on still rereading it and contiune to help myself to not be angry any more out loud.... Please read this book it will help you .
