Excellent Perspective

This book is like a breath of fresh air. It contains a clear description of a problem plenty of people face. It also lists solutions and offers explicit advice. The book is short but extremely focused right up to the last chapter or two. There is not a lot of the filler, and the author gets right to the point. I would have liked a little bit more of a clinical explanation for the behaviors described in the book. The writing is on the amateur side, and the messages from 'Divine Source' take the book off topic a little bit. The last chapter could have been cut without hurting the quality of the book.

Excellent Book Saved Me from More Agony

If you're in a relationship trying to make it work, and you find yourself hoping a lot, get this book! It's opened my eyes and spared me from more agony after trying everything to make it work.

Why didn't I have this book five years ago

This book has finally taught me what I should have known all along, to value myself. It took me 5 years of broken promises and tears for me to finally realize that the poor example of a real realtionship had taken almost all of my breath away. This book is a life saver for anyone who thinks they are going crazy waiting for a man to come to his senses. It is you who will come to your senses, I did and have moved on.

Clear, No Nonsense, MUST READ Relationship Book for Anyone

Stop Being the String Along: A Relationship Guide to Being THE ONE, is THE ONE book that gave me the greatest relationship advice I¿ve ever read that¿s fair for anyone, male or female. After a recent break up, I've been doing a lot of soul searching, and reading so I don't attract another relationship with more heartache and pain. Barbara Rose¿s clear, no nonsense guidance pulled it all together for me, and gave me a wake up! I read so much of what I have been through in this book it was like this book was written for me personally. This book gave me the understanding that I've been trying to understand for so long on how to get it right in a relationship. It¿s a small book but packed with concise guidance about self honesty, how to stop the games, how to stop settling, how to create a great relationship, how to move on and forward, in essence, how to be 'the one'. There is so much in this book, the 'string along warning signs' the 'dating game' '50 reasons to stay' '50 reasons to leave' 'how to move on when you still love someone' 'getting real in a relationship' and much more. It was this book that stopped my crying. It was this book that gave me a real fresh start. It is this book that I recommend if you are at any stage of a relationship where things are not all perfect. This book has been my saving grace, and after reading it three times already, I can say with full assurance that it is a book that is a MUST READ, a real keeper for life, and one that you will definitely want to share with anyone you know that is looking for the BEST relationship advice that REALLY MAKES A DIFFERENCE. If I was given this book when I was in college I would have been spared a lot of pain. They don¿t teach you how to get it right in college, but this book does! No matter what stage of life you¿re in, this is THE ONE book that spells it all out. It¿s a life saver!

BEST Relationship Book that Saved My Sanity!

In this book, Barbara Rose's words got to the core of what I was trying to figure out for two years. I was in a 'string along' relationship, and at wits end trying everything I could to have a 'real' relationship with the man I loved, but it was just not happening. While reading this book, even though it's a short book, everything on the pages hit me, and opened my eyes about every area where I was going wrong, all of the reasons I was keeping myself strung along, and how I was not being 'the one'. Get ready for some powerful, life changing truth in this book, especially if you've been miserable! There isn't one manipulative game in this book. It taught me how to be real. It showed me what to do to turn my life around so that I can be 'the one'. It taught me about what a real and 'sacred relationship' is all about. I've received a lot of relationship advice in my life, but nothing like what I received from this book. I feel much more alive now, and from Barbara Rose's words, I learned what being 'the one' means. As far as that old relationship and the pain, it's gone! Here is what I suggest: Get this book if you're really miserable in a relationship, and not getting what you really want. Get it if you don't want to break up and have been trying everything, at wits end and getting nowhere. Get it if you're in college because if I had this book when I was in college, I would have been spared a lot of misery. Get it also after a break up. You'll learn a lot, especially if you didn't want the relationship to end. This book is the BEST, with the best relationship advice I've ever read.
