    more from this reviewer

    Great book.

I've enjoyed reading this book. It definately spells out how the food we eat affects the body and the possibility of getting diabetes. I have started to change the way I eat, but haven't started the diet in the book yet. I plan to try the diet in the book to see how much it helps my blood sugar levels. Highly recommend this book if you are concerned about diabetes.
