The narrative flows very easily, following various individuals during the early phase of our "glorious cause" to the last-ditch "peace" effort by Britain on 11 September 1776. While reading, I could visualize the events taking place along with the persons involved in them. I recommend this book to anyone interested in the history of our American Revolution of 1776.
