    Loved it!

I purchased this book for a psychology class that I have in college. My psychology teacher recommended it to me for my research on relationships. I had also seen it in a magazine on a flight I took in December. I thought it was very informative and helpful. After I read the book, studied it, and wrote a review on it for my teacher I passed it on to a friend in desperate need of helpful step by step relationship advice. She is a hopeful romantic to say the least but she now feels confident in her decisions with boys and dates. I thought in her case that this was such a great book. I have recommended to friends and passers-by! Thank you!

I see some reviews that appear to be composed by very bitter lad

I see some reviews that appear to be composed by very bitter ladies, which is completely understandable in today's dating environment :) I thought this book was quite insightful, and offered some maybe obvious but often ignored suggestions for women seeking a healthy relationship. I have also read The Rules, which I felt was a little conceited- feeling and outdated. This one really speaks to the modern woman and helps to remedy the anxiety created by an over-connected and over-informed world. Definitely worth a read if you're on the verge of giving up hope.

    blah, blah, blah

The best way to describe this book is blah, blah, blah. I didn't want to buy just another dating book. I picked up a copy of this book because it had good reviews on amazon but i found my self skimming the book after a couple of chapters because it became predictable to me. i'm not sure the book deserves only 1 star because overall it was somewhat interesting to read how others have encountered dating situations but i feel like i have to be harsh because i am bitterly disappointed with how high the ratings are on amazon. i wouldn't have bought the book from B&N if not for those ratings that are so clearly distorted. if anything, if you're interested in this book then buy it used for i doubt it will stay in your library for any length of time.

Why pay for a book when you can use your common sense for free

This book is not very insightful. If you have a modicum of common sense, you will have already considered the topics and recommendations discussed in this book.

    I Also Recommend:

The answer is in the question.

"Will I ever meet him?" is something we all ask ourselves and that's what this book is about. It's written with a very straight-forward approach that's easy to read and easy to understand. I recommend it to any woman who's a little on edge and wants to know the answer to the question about meeting the one.
