Amya Miller was born and raised in Japan and spent over twenty years of her adult life as a Japanese interpreter. Currently residing in Massachusetts, she travels frequently to Japan on business. She is now working in Japan on long-term economic recovery projects for those she came in contact with during her time in Iwate.
