Overview

Happy Valentine’s Day!

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

Hot Fun in the Summertime!

Happy Halloween!

Gobble, Gobble!

Merry Christmas!

Happy New Year!

I hope you like the holidays because in this fun, festive collection we’re going to be going around the calendar, from season to season, and exploring the romantic joys of all the major holidays. From Valentine’s Day to Halloween, from 4th of July to Christmas, they’re all here… just waiting for you to unwrap anytime of the year.

In our first story, Candy Hearts, Cara Styles is happy to be working at Snowflakes ‘N Scones on Valentine’s Day. At least it keeps her busy while she’s trying to get over her cheating, no-good, two-timing ex-boyfriend. It doesn’t hurt that her young coworker, Rory Fox, is doing everything he can to make this one Valentine’s Day she’ll never forget...

Next up is Pinch Me, a Romantic St. Patrick’s Day Story. In it, Grace Phelps is working her way through graduate school at the local Minute Mart when a handsome undergrad comes racing in at midnight looking for cat food. And again the next night, and the next. When she decides to do a little snooping, Grace will discover that St. Patrick’s Day really is the luckiest night of the year!

With summer comes a seasonal story sure to heat things up! In The Third of July, Milo Regis is the newest assistant manager at Buccaneer Bob’s Raw Bar, so it’s his job to interview the nervous applicant who’s so clearly desperate for a job. But when it’s also clear that Elliot Avery just isn’t right for the open waitress job, Milo decides to create a job for her in this romantic holiday story.

A Halloween Heart is our next story: Gemma Collier is one of the most trusted guides for the Frightening Footsteps Walking Ghost Tour, Snowflake’s hottest haunted attraction.

So trusted that when she only has one guest for her annual Halloween tour, she doesn’t let that stand in the way of making it her best tour yet. Which is a good thing, considering Greg Asher is about to change Gemma’s world in more ways than there are types of Halloween candy.

We continue with A Toast to Thanksgiving, where we find Haley Cummings pouring shots and draft beers at her very own Bar & Grill, Sips on Snowflake. When an old flame walks in on Thanksgiving night, Haley’s world changes forever – but not in the way she’d always imagined it would if she ever saw Grady Chance again.

Our Christmas tale, Sleepless in Snowflake, finds Molly Astor desperate to visit her ailing mother on Christmas Eve. Unfortunately, it’s well past visiting hours at her mother’s nursing home and the receptionist is one step away from kicking Molly out when the irritable guest refuses to take the hint.

That’s when Molly’s night in a kitchen apron comes to her rescue as the nursing home chef invites her into his kitchen for the night, which becomes a healing place when Molly confesses this is her first Christmas since her husband died.

Finally, Special Delivery in Snowflake is another tale of grief and recovery, as two soul mates find each other on a very special New Year’s Eve.

I hope you enjoy these seven free stories, and that you don’t wait until a specific holiday to do so. In fact, I hope that you enjoy several of them at a time, anytime of the year!

Happy Reading and, as always, Happy Holidays!

Sweet/Sad/Uplifting and get your eyes opened all in 5 different

Sweet/Sad/Uplifting and get your eyes opened all in 5 different Holiday Stories. I cried at the last one, being a widow, so be prepared. The 4th on was touching too. It's free, what more could you ask? Plus no lovemaking, which is rare with some books. (ljb)
