Wow just wow. I simply loved the style of the author. I am also really enjoying the short second chance love storys. This author is one I will be keeping on my radar. Another great book to curl up with just before bed. Won't keep you up all night and will leave you feeling satisfied. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. "Storm Duty" is a quick, good read that shows how love can be found at the most unsuspecting times, and that disaster can bring people together. After the tornadoes hit the area I live in, the love for my husband was rekindled through our hardship. This is what happens to the couple in this story. It is a comforting read if you have about an hour to curl up in a blanket and dive into a the lives of two people who, through after the storm, finally realize what holds precedence in their lives. Was this review helpful? I read this story while I was not feeling great and snuggled up on the couch with a cup of tea. It was absolutely, positively the perfect read for that. This was such a sweet story. So many people make crazy decisions when they are young and especially when under the influence of their friends, so this story is very easy to relate to on that level. It was very interesting to read about the storm duty and what that entailed. It was clear the author did quite a bit of research when writing this story and it made the story more... just more. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
