Book #1 in the Storm MC Series.
Life can be a bitch but love can get you through any storm.
Madison Cole’s family is the Storm Motorcycle Club. Her father is the President and her brother is the VP. She grew up surrounded by bikers, crime and violence. Two years ago she walked away from her family and the world they live in. Her soul was shattered, her heart was broken and she had an addiction she couldn't shake. She picked up the pieces and put herself back together. Now her family wants her back. The club is being threatened and they send a club member to return her home to safety; the one person that could destroy everything she has worked so hard to build.
Jason Reilly has sacrificed a lot for the motorcycle club he calls family. Two years ago he made the biggest sacrifice of all; he gave up the woman he loved for them. Now he is being sent to bring her back and he is conflicted. He thought he was over her but discovers their connection is as strong as ever. Their love was all-consuming, passionate and fiery. It was also their undoing and he doesn't know if either of them is strong enough to battle the demons that ripped them apart, to find love again.
Madison and Jason are brought back together by a force out of their control; one that pushes them to a breaking point. Can they overcome their past and discover a love worth fighting for or will the harsh reality of their world finally and completely break them both?

Another great biker romance book! The characters were feisty and entertaining and the plot was full of some serious events but also some really great ones. It was engaging and had my intrigued from the very beginning. I had a hard time putting it down.
Jason and Madison have some serious history but its obvious they are meant to be together. They have this electricity that burns between them and despite their problems I felt like they fit together really well. Madison is dealing with some serious issues and has some growing up to do in this story but I really liked how she stepped up and became a better person. She has a great personality and I instantly liked her. Jason (aka. J) is a tattooed and sexy as hell biker who is seriously protective and can be a bit controlling and bossy at times. He is intense but for good reason.
The story line was intense at times and caused my emotions to be all over the place but I think that just makes for a great story. This was a really good book and I look forward to more from the Storm MC series. I’m going with a 4 out of 5 stars on this one.

My Rating: 4.5 of 5 ¿¿
It's been two years since Madison Cole walked away from everything she knew, and created a brand new life for herself. No more addiction, no more bikers, no more family, no more Storm Motorcycle Club and no more broken heart. Just a good group of friends, a great job and an awesome roommate. That is, until she gets word that the MC is under threat and the family is afraid for her safety. Despite her protests, they insist on sending someone to collect her. When it is J who walks in the door, Madison's heart almost falls apart again.
Jason Reilly, or J, knew this wasn't going to be easy. The way he left things with Madison two years ago guaranteed as much. He was given no choice at the time, but Madison didn't know that. She also had no clue that despite his efforts, he had never been able to get over her. J was as affected by her as he ever was. Now he needs to try and convince her of the danger she is in is real, so she will return home with him. Hearing the young daughter of a friend of hers may need her, is enough to get her on the back of his bike and having her arms wrapped around him again feels damn good!
Returning to the Storm MC compound leaves Madison with mixed emotions. She loves seeing some of her old friends, but is not too excited about her reunion with her father, president of the club. Being back also helps stir up the old feelings she discovers she still has for J. Before long their passion flares up as hot and bright as it always was, just as their tempers. Madison can't deny that their connection is as strong as ever, but to find a way forward they will have some fierce battles ahead.
When old mistakes, a rival gang and family secrets take their turn in adding fuel to the fire and making life even more complicated, they may be lucky to make it out alive!
So FLIPPING good!! Ohhhhh, this is gonna be a good series!! But I'm gonna hate having to wait for the next one......
Now, I love MC stories, generally they deal with hot tattoed bikers, who live mostly by their own rules, and their mouthy irreverent funky women, who appreciate being treasured by such dominant Alpha males, and still maintain pretty strong identities. This story is no different in that respect, except here we have a few variants.
First off, the story takes place in Australia, mostly in Brisbane, which the MC calls home. I love that! Not that it is that much different, but I love those Aussie men, and the idea of a hot Aussie biker is even better!!!!
Secondly, we have a strong independent female lead character, who is willing to make some concessions that go against her feminist instincts/beliefs, in order to create a workable relationship, and do so without losing her individuality or her indepence. Of course she is not the only one to make concessions, big Alpha biker guy makes some of his own. He was raised in an environment where the men don't have accountability to their women, not about where they go, what they are involved with or when they will be back. It's not easy, but compromises are made by both Madison and J. We don't often see a couple separating themselves by setting their own rules, rather than following the MC's.....
This is what makes the potential of this series so bloody interesting!!! There are so many directions for it to go in!!
Excellent writing by Nina Levine. Strong, clear, no nonsense language, just the way I like it. No unnecessary frills and ruffles and deliciously hot and sweaty sex!!! Very descriptive, and very raw!!
¿A kick-ass, blistering-hot and intense biker book!!¿

Has the author ever ridden a bike or been around an MC?
I have and I have to say she's seen a lot of bad movies or heard a lot of bad stories.
I've ridden for 16+ years with a lot of different riders in a lot of different countries and believe it or not, they
all do NOT curse every other word. Nor do they posture to prove that they're REAL men or treat women any where
close to what is portrayed in this book. Even the honest to god tough guys. I am not saying that there aren't riders
like the author portrays but they are NOT the norm.
Don't even get me started on the women riders! Riders people...NOT groupies that want the kind of crap that
they read in books like this. Strong, tough women that can and do ride their own and live the life style. Not all
hot, sex starved women without a thought of their own and can't function without a man.
So...about the book. I was disappointed in the premise of the book and how cliched the story line and
characters were. The author had a great opportunity with this series and I believe that she took the easy,
expected route with it.
The book is centered around an MC and yet you get nothing about the bikes, rides or working on the bikes
except a couple of times where Jason packs Madison around for a quick ride some where.
We did get a picnic/party for the club to celebrate an event but no real depth to flesh it out.
My biggest fault with this book? Where was Madison's bike?! She grew up in an MC and doesn't ride/have her
own bike?! Really?!
You can get this same story line ( strong woman bows down to domineering man with a lot of gratuitious sex)
in a lot of books out there. I'd advise you to keep looking.

Wow Nina Levine what a ride!! I can't believe it's your debut novel!! Thank you for this wickedly, trance inducing read!! I'm so glad I stumbled onto this book.
I started this book not sure if I liked Motorcycle Club books, I not only LOVE Motorcycle Club books but you have a lifetime fan on your hands. I couldn't put it down & when I had to (sometimes life gets in the way of reading) I couldn't wait to be inside Storm MC & into the lives of Madi & J again. You made me laugh, cringe, cry & want to hit someone whilst reading this book.

I picked this book up because it was free and the description of the story sounded interesting so thinking what's to loose (lose ?) in ordering it, its free and if I don't like the story I can archive or delete it from my library. IT WAS VERY GOOD! I am glad this first of the series was free or I would have missed out on adding a new author to my library. I have already purchased books 2-3-4 to read. I will start Scotts story tonight. Happy Reading!!!Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

Storm: 5 Alpha Stars!
Hot alpha bikers, strong sexy women - my kind of book! And I love this book!
The characters are well written, the story line is good. What more could you ask for in a MC read?!
I was so happy to see more of J and Madison! They are two of my favorite characters (although I am still #TeamGriff). There is such a great connection between these two! They deserve some happiness! But will they find that happiness? Read and find out!! I think the cover is beautiful, too.

Storm - Loved it!! Storm, takes you through the struggles that surround Madison and J, and their love for each other. They have to fight to get past the many challenges they have had, falling apart and then fighting to be see if they can be together. Hot Alpha men, with challenging amazing women, and lots of hot sex. This is the first book in this great series of the Storm MC (Motocycle Club). Each book is a stand-alone about different couples, however, the story of the Storm MC continues in each book of this series, which I love, as you get updated stories about these couples too. Keep reading this series, as each book just gets better and better. TweetedWas this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

I have read all of Nina Levine's books over and over and I have to say out of all of them Storm is my least favorite. I enjoy reading books with dual POV but I didn't really get a good feel of J from the book.
I hate Madison's character. Maybe it's how I'm reading the book, but she comes across as a whiney, self-centered witch with a B at times. You would think someone who grew up in the club and knew that J was loyal to the club would understand that there are times she won't come first and club business doesn't mean everybody knows.
The book is a really good read, I just don't care for Madison.

~~~RECEIVED FOR HONEST REVIEW~~~
Do you love a sexy man who can give you a little horse power to play? But yet, would you be able to overcome the past and move on or hold on to what created the havoc between you? Do you need a sexy, hot read with enough umph to keep you going? A page turner? Then go no further, this is the series you want to read. But of course you need to get this one first, as I believe that Mason and Jason will start the ride!
I really enjoyed this book. I am going to buy the next ones.
Some things to know:
1. Each book is a different couple in the club
2. It takes place in Australia
3. There is a HUGE surprise in the end (at least in my opinion because I didn’t see it coming)
Madison was really interesting. She seems like a very strong character. She was slightly annoying at times, but it wasn’t bad. I really liked J. He seems like a great guy. So successfully hottie there. I really wanted to know more about the club, but maybe we will get that more in the next one since its about Scott her brother who is the VP.
I have to say that this author did a great job with the side characters. There was a lot more depth to the side characters than I usually see which I really liked. I liked Serena a lot, but it doesn’t look like she is getting a book and I really want her too!
There was a lot going on in this book. A lot happened, but I really liked that. Instead of just having one issue and that be resolved there were several. At least one of which is not resolved.
The relationship between J and Madison was very complicated. The work that they have to put into the relationship is real work. It was real issues. Great work there.
I want to agree with all of the reviewers that praised this book, I really do, but I just can't! It was definitely a fast paced read, which isn't necessarily a bad thing except we get such a buildup for the bad guy, who does the most horrible things to a human being and then BAM...he's gone! Its rather anti-climatic, I was so disappointed, I was hoping for more but got nothing! Same thing happened with bad guy, well girl, number two....lots of buildup...then nothing!
The whole book was just focused on Madison and her tantrums, can't call them anything else, and her erratic relationship with Jason. The sex was good but not all that, which is weird since they were supposedly in love, her sex with the stranger in chapter one was hotter....
Oh and let me just add that her father is a lying, manwhoring, scumbag! The mother...well Madison saw her as strong? No...she doesn't stay with her abusive, cheating husband b/c she's strong, she stays b/c that's the only life she knows, that's what she feels comfortable with, that's the life she's about....she's weak...really what would she do without Marcus and the club? That a strong woman doesn't make, only a pathetic one....I have no respect for a woman like Sharon Cole...
I discovered author Nina Levine when she was releasing her newest book Revive. She told me the first book in the series, Storm, was free. I finally got to read it.
From the first page there are so many raw emotions. Nothing is held back with any of the characters. There is a lot language and sex within this book.
Madison and Jason have been attracted to each other for a long time. Something happened within their relationship and it ended. Madison hooked up with someone else and one night many things changed. Being part of the the Storm MC club had changed Madison's life.
Madison ended up getting away. For two years she didn't have anything to do with the club or J. One night she receives a call from a club member about things going down and its not to her liking...
J is the one that shows up because the club feels like she need protection. J ends up convincing her to go back home that they can take care of the club business from home rather then where Madison is living.
Madison and J try to fight the love between them. The sex between the two of the just hot and amazing. This book was not only about a love between two people but also the inner workings of a motorcycle club. So many things happen that just kept me hooked to the book. I so can't wait to read the rest of the series!
