The Story Book Of Scienceby Jean Henri Fabre
Fabre had many scholarly achievements. He was a popular teacher, physicist, chemist and botanist. However, he is probably best known for his findings in the field of entomology, the study of insects, and is considered by many to be the father of modern entomology. Much of his enduring popularity is due to his marvelous teaching ability and his manner of writing about the lives of insects in biographical form.

this book must have simply been scanned as text and there are many errors. simple things like "by" shows up as "l>y" and such problems as that. I was disappointed, because this is a fantastic book, but these issues make it very frustrating to try and read, let alone for my 8 year old to try and make sense of.
Too many mistakes better to buy
I had no idea what to expect. I'm reading this to my 10 and 8 year olds and we all enjoy it and are all learning.
