    Great book!

I first read this book when I was researching for my master's degree - and although I was writing an academic paper, this book supported both my academic needs and practitioner needs, since I also was teaching management classes at the time. Recently, this book has again garnered my interest as my work now is focused on improving communications within our 14000+ person company. And I recently attended a seminar where the speaker particularly cited this book, so I know it's not just me.
