A Story for Morrie

Morrie doesn't like children and Mrs. Aster doesn't like lizards. Or so they think. "A Story for Morrie," tells the story of a bearded dragon whose home is a tank in a third-grade classroom. He gets tired of being pestered by the children in the class and looks forward to the solitude of the nights and weekends when nobody bothers him. That is, until summer comes and the kids go on break, leaving Morrie all alone. Morrie is feeling rather abandoned when Mrs. Aster shows up. She's teaching night school and agreed to care for the lizard over the summer. At first, she's terribly fearful of the creature, but develops an affection for him when she learns they have something in common.
