    GRANT SEEKING

    in today's economy there is money out there... we will be paying for it in the future anyway, so my libertarian fiscal hope that something useful is created with the money rather than just a waste of money or bread and circuses... so get your entrepreneurial hat on, create a local grass roots garage based think tank and solve the energy crisis... build a new widget... create a high tech product... make a bio medical breakthrough... be the modern Edison and just do it... even a simple novel idea
