(Mocks you and your kind) GEI IS RONG! GEIZ SHUD BRUN IN HEL! GEIZ CAN ONLY FIN SALIVATION THRU JEZUS!!!!!!!1
Ahem...The Bible was written years ago when the earth still needed to be populated, and the Americas weren't even discovered yet.
Now the earth is covered with people. In some places, too many people.
Homosexuality has persisted because God doesn't want people to get carried away with making babies!
So as a straight woman, I still can speak for the men who wrote this book when I say.....leave homosexuality and the GLBT community ALONE.

You authors are both fools. You "gay" people get offended when us straight and normal people call you out, bully you and taunt you. You dont want us to ofeend u. So u make the president sign some imporant papers for you all that says u have a right to be gay and get married. YOUR ALL WRONG. You sit here now d the reasn u feel bad when ur taunted ad teased is because u know in your heart that being gay is WRONG its not what God wants you to be. Your all foolish and filthy and disgusting. And u will all burn in an everlasting fire. Your skin will burn. Your sins will burn u alive. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. When I first read this book I first thought it was just another typical 'Gay' book but, as I read on I realized that how much they were just like normal everyday people with the same goal in life and, that was to find their one true love and, to be happy. Even though they were constantly hounded by the press they never let that spoil the unconditional love shared among 2 people regardless of their sexual preference. I can only hope that I too will find someone like that to share my life with sometime down the road to come. I definetly remend this book to anyone who loves a good 'modern' day love story. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

I discovered this book when I was first coming out. Up until I read 'Straight from the Heart', the only image I had of gay life was the stereotype that gay people can't have committed relationships. I identified with so much of what Bob Paris and Rod Jackson wrote I'd find myself in tears at times. Although the couple parted ways later in their lives, that doesn't discount the genuine love that they shared with each other. I admire them both for having the courage to share so much with the world. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
