Should be required reading at companies and organizations

When my supervisor told me Straightline Leadership was now required reading at our company I was taken back but after I read it (now twice) I can understand why. The information contained in this book really cuts through the nonsense that you read in so many books. The employees at our company just love it. I now feel I understand what it really means to be committed and why I did not get the results I wanted in the past. If you read this book deeply I know it will have a major impact on you. You will understand why you do what you do and why others do what they do that doesn't always work and yet they keep doing it. Most importantly the book provides specific solutions that anyone can follow to start improving their life today.

Gets to the heart of what success is

I believe that Straight Line Leadership is one of the best books on the market today. Next to the Bible, it has given me more direction and sound advice than any book I've read. I've applied this information in both my business and personal life and the results are astounding. The endorsements of this book alone impressed me, but what I really resonated with are the distinctions and the processes used to create these incredible results, which are practical and simple but very effective. This book gets to the heart of what success is by giving real life examples that have worked for countless individuals and organizations - putting into perspective of how it actually was successful, and how you can create that for yourself in your own life. This is a book to share with loved ones, friends and colleagues you would like to see grow in their professional (and personal) lives. If a person would take the information from this book and apply it to their lives, they would be able to accomplish anything in their career or personal lives that they wanted to. I will be using the principles put forth in this book for years to come.

    Highly Recommended

If you want results fast this book is loaded with practical advice. I could not put it down. My brother is using the information in his business and it has made a huge diFference for him. It is very straight forward and focuses on how to achieve your goals no matter what. It,s a must read if you have a lot on your plate and need to get it done quickly.

Exceptional and it really makes you think!

This is one of those rare books where you stop every few minutes and just shake your head and say "he's talking to me." It's very direct and straight forward and intelligently written. I picture the author to be "John Wayne with brains." I notice how I get stuck so frequently by challenges and yet I'm a motivational speaker! The solutions the author gives are quite workable as I have been using them for only a short time and have experienced noticiable improvment. They should start teaching the material in this book in high school.

StraightLine Leadership - gives you direction In A Sea of Mental Candy

Hard hitting facts about who you are and who you can be. Dusan's Description of Zig Zag Leadership describes many of us in our journey in life. It is not who we want to be.

Each Chapter takes you on that journey - Where we are or may be to where we want to be.

StraightLine offers us the hope to succeed in creating our world with StraightLines that not only serve us but serve those we are called to lead.

A must read for getting results

This is unlike what I have read in the past. The insights are penetrating and yet they are broken down to where they can be easily applied. It totally focuses on "doing something" with what you are being introduced to. Small business owners will love this and yet this book will benefit anyone. The author isn't much on theory and readily admits it. It's a very practical tool that will come in handy and something you will want to reread again and again.

    The book of life

This is a must read for business owners, executives, sales people and anyone else who is interested in optimal business and personal performance and success.
This book helps us see what determines the actions that we take in life and the actions that we don't take in life, which determines our levels of success.
This experience has been like a magnifying glass that has helped me see why I behave and act the way I do, which determines the results I get and how to easily and effectively shift in the areas which I choose.

    Inspiring and workable

I have been applying the principles of Straight Line Leadership and they are very effective. This book is endorsed by business owners, NFL football players and the US military so I had high hopes and it does not disappoint. It is astonishing how some of the authors recommendations can be so effective so quickly. Last week I got a promotion at my job that I don't think would have happened for quite sometime with the help of this book. My thanks to Mr. Djukich for sharing it with us.

    Buy it and use it

This actually my second review of this book. I have never reviewed a book twice but since I have read it for the third time I am even more excited about it. The author speaks about "inner stances" which are like potent mindsets that he demonstrates how to create. Since I have been using this material with my staff our results have shot up tremendously.
In a very practical way the book clearly shows you how to start generating the results you need to accomplish what you intend.
My secretary has utilized the information in the book to get her time management challenges under control and now uses the material to run her household as well.
There is a brilliant chapter in the book about how people are content with learning new information but never get around to applying it.The book explains how to break out of this.

    The Encyclopedia of Success!

Dusan Djukich conveys a deep message about who and how we have chosen to be in both our business and professional lives and how to break free from our self-imposed barriers. He is honest, and reveals many of his experiences with top-level executives, professional athletes and business owners that accentuate his work. This book is very candid, fresh, entertaining, simple, practical, and insightful. I read this book underlining much of it, then read it again, and again.

I enjoyed this book - potent and fresh

There is something new under the sun. I loved this book. Every chapter filled with practical insights. It's also backed up with great examples from many thought leaders. If you buy only one book this year---buy this one and read it 5 times.

    Amazingly good read

This is the type of author you would like to go have a beer with. Djukich doesn't waste anytime warming up. It's bombshell after bombshell. Very practical material. All having to do with handling the thing in front of you. And it's all about how you operate to get the results you get. The stories and examples of people he knows and has worked with make for a powerful real. I envy this guy.

Refer to this book often and change your life

Only a few pages into reading Straight-Line Leadership, I knew I had found the perfect textbook for my business class for women entrepreneurs. Finally, a book that pulls it all together and shares this life-changing information with clarity, strength, and power. If you are ready for straight talk, if you are ready to have some sacred cows challenged, if you are ready to be inspired, if you are ready to fully step into your life, then having this book on your shelf, for easy and frequent reference, is an absolute must. I go back this book again and again, always finding another powerful distinction that I can use in the moment to move my business and my life forward. I am truly grateful to Dusan Djukich for having gifted us with the incredible depth and breadth of his experience and sharing it with us in this accessible way.
