I love everything that I have read from Samantha Chase, so I was thrilled to be given the opportunity to read this book for review. By chapter 3, I was already exasperated with Ted. I wanted nothing more than to throttle him. In chapter 4, when Hope made the realization at the lodge...my jaw just dropped. I was so ready for the ensuing confrontation. Hope definitely needed to speak her mind after everything she had endured. As things moved along for Hope and Beckett, I understood her feelings and was torn right along with her. Things then seemed to transform and moved along beautifully for them. But on Christmas, reality came knocking in the form of Ted. His words over breakfast stole the air from the room and left me feeling as shattered as Hope. When things finally came to their conclusion, I thought that it was absolutely perfect. This was such a great story! Noelle Adams was a new-to-me author, but I was eager to give her writing a try. I enjoyed her portion of the book right from its beginning. Rachel and David were very well-written characters and their drama and chemistry pulled me right into the story. I wanted to know David's secrets. The sex scenes in this story were a bit more naughty and descriptive than in the first half of the book, but still fitting and tasteful. I really enjoyed how things turned out for Hope and David. I am looking forward to reading more from Samantha Chase and Noelle Adams.

Fantastic stories about finding love when you least expect it, while being stranded in a winter storm. Great bargain getting two fantastic stories for the price of one, by two fantastic authors. They were both well written with characters that you will fall in love with, as they tug at your heart and play with your emotions. I love stories that have characters that hate one another so much, but end up falling in love. Between the strong characters and their sizzling connection, these books captured my attention and before I knew it I was up until the wee hours of the morning. Fantastic stories! Highly Recommended!

A bit disappointed that this turned out to be two novellas from these authors that I have already read. Luckily it has been a while so reading them again was fun. If you haven't read these stories already I highly recommend you grab this book. Moonlight in Winter Park by Samantha Chase - 5 stars - Excellent read! Well written with wonderful characters, this is a nice quick read that I consumed in an afternoon. Hope Cooper has lost her parents so all the family she has left is her brother. Unfortunately her brothers boss demands so much of his time he has little to spend with her. While visiting her brother at his office she meets Beckett. A wonderful man she would love to get to know until she finds who he really is. One Night in an Ice Storm by Noelle Adams - 4 stars - Good story about two people who once loved as teens but because of secrets they kept they grew apart. This is the story of their reunion and how with honesty and truth love can be renewed.

Stranded: A Winter Romance Duet features two highly recommended reads that will certainly appeal to your romantic side. Both reads are quick and worth the read. Moonlight in Winter Park by Samantha Chase proved to be very entertaining. Hope, our heroine, has to deal with her very own Grinch. Her brother is the only family she has and when she finds out he has to work on Christmas, her hate for his boss only magnifies. While visiting her brother at work, she meets Beckett. Sparks fly as she and Beckett get to know each other. Too bad Beckett and the very man she hates is the same person. One Night in the Ice Storm by Noelle Adams gives two people a second chance to be together and right the wrongs of the pasts. Rachel is stranded in her hometown due to an ice storm and the one man to ever break her heart, is stranded right along with her. Rachel was in love with David until he took her virginity and bailed…but not everything is as it appears. I loved both books and would absolutely read them again. In fact, I think I will give these two a re-read around Christmas time!
