Editorial Reviews

From the Publisher

Praise for Animorphs
“Engaging … impressive.” –School Library Journal
“There's clearly something about Animorphs that has kept kids enthralled.”
–Publisher's Weekly
Children's Literature - Emily Hearn
While most kids are busy doing homework and worrying about more mundane things, Rachel and her friends are determined to save the planet as they know it from the Yeerks. She and Cassie, Jake, Marco, and Tobias have been given the ability to morph into animals by the Andalite Prince Elfangor, whose brother "Ax" is the only survivor from the Andalite Dome ship. Though Rachel and her friends are tempted by the Ellimist's offer of abandoning Earth with their families for sanctuary on another planet or staying to fight the Yeerks, she is also concerned about the choice her mother and father are asking her to make—whether to stay with her mother and sisters or move to another city with her father.

    not that good

in this book you learn about the 'Ellimist'. they are basically a very advanced race that can alter time and space. 'He' gives him a choice: stay and fight the yeerks or put them on another planet where the yeerks won't find them and repopulate.
