Good story but too many cruel comments

While I enjoyed this story with all of its sexual tension, Adam's incessant cruel behavior and comments were over the top. What woman in her right mind would put up with that? 354 pages

    Eeh

Ok. Adam was a jerk. She needed more of a backbone and the erupt ending sucked.

    Not for me

Too bad the author hadn't taken the time to update before re-releasing. Not really interested in something twenty years old.
