WARNING: Book ships incomplete. The book is one of the better books on the subject. It gathers together and reviews, expands upon, and emphasizes most of the upper-division work a business undergrad is expected to know. It is a good book for a capstone class, and the online material (case studies, and tutorials) is helpful. Unfortunately, every textbook I have ever purchased from B&N that was supposed to come with an access code for free online material has been lacking that access code; thus resulting in the need to purchase that online material separately. I have had this same problem with the other main online book retailer. If you want the free online material, you might need to buy this from the campus bookstore and confirm the access code on site. Do note that it is still, sometimes, cheaper to buy from B&N and then need to buy the online material access separately, but not always. Additionally, this ISBN number is for the paperback version, and B&N has it listed as a hardcover. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
