This book doesn't not give any real great advice on how to tackle the alternative format questions but it does provide a lot of great examples. I would recommend this so that you get used to the types of questions you will see on the NCLEX-RN.

This book is good but I do think there are some questions that the need the attention of the author.The responses given for some questions do not correspond with the explanation given;e.g. Quesstion #15. This made these reponses confusing
