Meet the Author

As a budding writer for far too long I'm hoping 2009 will be the year that I finally beat lack of time and discipline and get writing again. Screenplays and horror fiction are my chief areas of interest, but we'll see what else comes out.

As long as it's not poetry - I'm really rubbish at poetry.

That was exremely....different and took about 5 minutes to read. It was very short, explained nothing and ended extremely abrupt. I really dont know how to rate it, because i dont know what the scale is. I dont know if i would reccomend it, because it was too short to even get an idea of it, and the reaction will vary for everyone. But download it, its free and cant really hurt. After all its very suspensful, and has the BIGGEST cliff hanger i ever thought possible.

This was a very good short story for a free book. It was very suspensful with a surprising end.

If it were rewritten to be longer and developed for the silver screen, it would make a great movie. Interesting take on the apocalypse.

Did not like this book. The plot was dumb. Good thing it was short--- had it been longer, I would probably not finished it.

Fruit gone mad or just people? Good short story that could come true today with all our pesticides, cloning, breeding...

A nice short that could actually happen in this day and age. Strawberries affecting people and driving them mad with addiction. This is a story of three roomates a brother sister and her lesbian girlfriend, and what happens when they try some strawberries.

I have read a few of this authors short stories and loved them all. He is so imaginative and writes so well. Strawberries was a pretty good short story. I recommend this and other stories from this author.

Aubu1964 I started this novel on Sunday March 11th 2012. Suzie was this person sister and her friend Chrissie wanted a roommate so it was him. They wanted to buy a house for only 2 people. Suzie brought groceries almost had forgotten the strawberries Chrissie didn't realize that Suzie had liked them. They both ate the strawberries. And Suzie's brother went to buy some more strawberries for the two of them. They had two police officers and a helper giving the strawberries out only one runnet of strawberries this time. But their was a fight and all of the people who were in line was fighting over them. The strawberries had something in them to people . Chrissie had died from eating them and then Suzie after that. But he didn't. It was sad because they were dying because they were eating the strawberries. I enjoyed this short novel. ShelleyMA
