As a weight trainer and personal trainer I've been studying for years, this science, now called sports science. This book added considerably to the body of knowledge that I already possessed, but still needed some specific questions that my education has not quite expressed. The strategy on percentages of weight to use per body weight, was new information or at least expressed in a different way than I've ever explained. Seabron Skip Page
