Stress is the silent killer and can affect you even when you’re unaware of it.  This book provides answers on how to combat stressful situations in any sort of environment, whether you’re feeling stressed at work, with family, or certain unique situations.  The tips can be very helpful and are easy to follow.

This book provides specific examples of the many types of stress people face on a daily basis and the health dangers they pose.  It then gives instructions on how to lessen stress through a variety of ways, such as diet, exercise and adopting a more positive outlook.  Instead of just saying to do that, I liked that the book gives the reader specific tips to implement.
